Who handles payment?
Paddle.com — our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle issues receipts, calculates taxes and handles refunds.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of payment if SameSet isn’t right for you. See the Refund Policy for details.
What happens when the hours run out?
Sync pauses and the project stays with everyone. Switch plans and carry on right away.
How do I cancel?
In SameSet → Account → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
